Use this subtask to view finance charges and credit limits for the customer referenced on the sales order. You can also review a customer's account receivable information including available credit and other balance information. You can modify the credit information displayed on this subtask through the Manage Customers screen.
You can only access this subtask if you have sufficient access rights. The Allow View of Customer Credit Information check box on the Manage Sales Order Approval Titles screen needs be selected to allow users to view this subtask.

This field displays the territory where the customer is located. You can change a customer's territory on the Manage Customers screen. You can establish territory names on the Manage Sales Territories screen in Accounts Receivables.
This field displays the customer type that is assigned to this customer. You can set up customer types on the Manage Customer Types screen.
This field displays the vendor ID if this customer is a vendor.
This field displays the outstanding accounts receivable balance. Costpoint updates this balance when accounts receivable are posted and this balance decreases when cash receipts are posted.
This field displays the approved order balance. Costpoint updates this balance when sales orders are approved, and this balance decreases when sales order invoices are posted through the Order Entry journal.
This field displays the customer's credit balance. Costpoint calculates this field by adding the outstanding A/R balance with the approved order balance and subtracting that total from the total credit amount.
This field displays the Apply Finance Charges check box selection on the Credit Information tab of the Manage Customers screen.
This field displays the number of grace days.
This field displays the annual percent.
This field displays the established customer credit limit.
This field displays the credit rating code.
This field displays the credit rating code effective date.
