Hours Breakdown All Periods (Budget Report Type)

The All Periods table displays when you click All Periods in the Hours Breakdown screen for the Budget report type. Use this table to view, print, or export labor budgeted by employee for all hours budgeted to the selected project for all accounting periods.

The table below describes the columns that display for all levels of detail.

Column Headings

 

Description

Project

This column displays the Project ID.

Empl/Vend

This column displays name of the employee or vendor.

Bud Proj

This column displays the project budget number.

Org

This column displays the org ID number.

Acct

This column displays the account ID information.

PLC

This column displays the project labor category.

Acct

This column displays the account ID information.

Tot Hours Bgt

This column displays the total hours budgeted to that resource, and then breaks that total out by project/task ID.

Month/Year

These columns begin with the current month and show data back six months.
