Non-Backlog Project Budget Summary (Rev/Cost) (NPT2) All Cost Combined

This topic describes the information that displays in the All Cost Combined detail tables of the Non-Backlog Project Budget Summary (Rev/Cost) (NPT2) screen.

The table displays all cost amounts for all structured proposals of the project selected in the Navigation and all tasks below that level, for the last 7 accounting periods.

Column Headings

Description

Category

This column displays the Cost Type description. It displays only when Summary is selected from the All Periods lookup.   

Account

This column displays the account ID.

Emp/Vend ID

This column displays the employee or vendor ID number.

Empl/Vend

This column displays the employee or vendor name.

Tot Burd Bgt

This column displays total burdened budget since the start of the project over time.

ITD Burd Bgt

This column displays inception-to-date burdened cost totals since the start of the project over time.

Month/Year

These columns start with the most current closed period and then show the past seven periods of data.
