Use this subtask to add or view requisition line charge number detail. If you select the "Add" option, you can enter charge number detail. If you select the "View" option or the actual "Charge Numbers" text, the information in this subtask may be editable.
The information in this subtask may or may not be editable contingent upon the parameters/permissions associated with the requisition type coupled with your authority to modify requisitions.
If the information you entered in the Charge Numbers Allocations Allowed field in the Purchase Requisition Types screen (Materials\Configure\Purchase Requisitions) is set to "One Charge Per Reg" for the requisition type you entered in this application, data can be modified in this screen. Charge number information must be defined on the main header screen.
If the information you entered in the Charge Numbers Allocations Allowed field in the Purchase Requisition Types screen (Materials\Configure\Purchase Requisitions) is set to "One Charge Per Reg Line" for the requisition type you entered in this application, data can be modified in this screen but a line cannot be allocated to more than one charge line.
Data in this screen cannot be modified for inventory requisitions.

You do not need to access this screen if you want to apply the charge number information supplied in the requisition header to this requisition line.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, up to 30 alphanumeric characters to identify the project ID. The data available in Lookup originates from the Project User Flow screen (Projects\Maintain\Project).

You can modify this data, if the Allow Project Changes checkbox is selected in the Purchase Requisition Types screen (Materials\Configure\Purchase Requisitions) for the requisition type you entered in this screen.
This non-editable field displays the name associated with the data in the Project field.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, a project abbreviation to associate with the requisition charges.
The data available in the Lookup originates from the Project User Flow screen (Projects\Maintain\Project).
You can modify this data, if the Allow Project Changes checkbox is selected in the Purchase Requisition Types screen (Materials\Configure\Purchase Requisitions) for the requisition type you entered in this screen.

You can modify this data, if the Allow Organization Changes checkbox is selected in the Purchase Requisition Types screen (Materials\Configure\Purchase Requisitions) for the requisition type you entered in this screen.
Enter the allocation percentage you want to charge to the project/account/organization combination you selected.
Enter the allocation amount you want to charge to the project/account/organization combination you selected.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the reference data associated with the requisition charges. Reference information is established in the Accounting domain and can be used for reporting purposes.

You can modify this data, if the Allow Reference Number Changes checkbox is selected in the Purchase Requisition Types screen (Materials\Configure\Purchase Requisitions) for the requisition type you entered in this screen.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the reference data associated with the requisition charges. Reference information is established in the Accounting domain and can be used for reporting purposes.

You can modify this data, if the Allow Reference Number Changes checkbox is selected in the Purchase Requisition Types screen (Materials\Configure\Purchase Requisitions) for the requisition type you entered in this screen.
