What can I do in this subtask?

Use this non-editable subtask to view account information associated with the purchase order line you selected. This subtask is enabled only for standard purchase orders and blanket purchase order releases; this subtask is disabled for subcontract purchase orders.

Use this subtask to view purchase order line account information, as needed.

Field Descriptions

Account

This non-editable field displays the account charged.

Organization

This non-editable field displays the organization charged.

Project

This non-editable field displays the project charged.

Org Abbrev

This non-editable field displays the organization abbreviation.

Proj Abbrev

This non-editable field displays the project abbreviation.

Account Name

This non-editable field displays the account name associated with the account charged.

Organization Name

This non-editable field displays the organization name associated with the organization charged.

Project Name

This non-editable field displays the project name associated with the project charged.

Allocation

This non-editable field displays the percentage that was allocated to the project/account/organization combination.

Allocated Order Amt

This non-editable field displays the amount that was allocated to the project/account/organization combination.

Functional Amount

This non-editable field displays the amount in your company's functional currency. This value is allocated to the project/account/organization combination.

Functional currency represents your company's primary or base currency.

Reference 1

This non-editable field displays the reference 1 value.

Reference information was established in the Accounting domain and can be used for reporting purposes.

Reference 2

This non-editable field displays the reference 2 value.

Reference information was established in the Accounting domain and can be used for reporting purposes.
