This field displays the document to which this part will be linked.
You can set up documents in the Maintain Documents screen.
This field displays the revision and description of the item for the PO line.
This field displays the document type code.
This field displays the name of the selected PO.
This field displays the location of the selected PO.
This field displays the release status of the document.
This field displays the document size code.
This field displays the document media code.
CAGE (Commercial and Government Entity)
This field displays manufacturer's CAGE ID (Commercial and Government Entity) code for this part.
This field displays the number of sheets the document uses.
This field displays the organization to which the document belongs.
This field displays the ID of the valid maintenance group for this document type.
ECN (Engineering Change Notices) Pending
This field displays a "Y" (Yes) if the part is included on an ECN (Engineering Change Notice) that is pending.
If the ECN (Engineering Change Notice) is not pending, this field will display an "N" (No). If the part is not included on an ECN (Engineering Change Notice), this field will be blank.
Last ECN (Engineering Change Notices)
This field displays the date of the last ECN (Engineering Change Notice) for this part.
