Use this subtask to view where standard text will be used. You can link the system-defined documents to the standard text codes in the Sales Order Standard Text screen.
Use this subtask when you need to see where this standard text code can be printed on the project's purchase orders. If you need to add or change the system-defined documents, you must do so in the Sales Order Standard Text screen.

This non-editable field displays whether the text will be printed on "External" documents, "Internal" documents, or "Both" external and internal documents.
