Use this subtask to select which revenue formulas will be available for selection in the Revenue Information screen (Projects\Maintain\Revenue) for each company. When you enter this subtask, all revenue formulas will be selected. Deselect the formulas that you do not want to be available in the Revenue Information screen. The program will not let you deselect a formula if it has been used in the Revenue Information screen. Limiting the revenue available in the Revenue Information screen will simplify the project setup process.
You should determine which revenue formulas you want to use when initializing the system. However, you can select or deselect revenue formulas at any time.
All revenue formulas available for selection will display in this window.
All selected formulas will display in this window.
To select a revenue formula, use the Select pushbutton after highlighting the formula(s) that you want to add.
When you select a revenue formula and save it, your company ID is saved in a record that is inserted into the REV_FORMULA_COMP table.
To remove a revenue formula, use the Deselect pushbutton after highlighting the formula(s) that you want to delete.
When you deselect a revenue formula and save it, the records in the REV_FORMULA_COMP table that are assigned your company ID will be deleted.
Select this pushbutton to select all available revenue formulas.
When you save the formulas, your company ID is saved in a record that is inserted into the REV_FORMULA_COMP table.
Use this pushbutton to remove all selected revenue formulas.
When deselect the formulas and save the screen, the records in the REV_FORMULA_COMP table that are assigned your company ID will be deleted.
This subtask updates the REV_FORMULA_COMP table.
