Use this screen to link valid accounts and organizations to projects. Use this screen only if you have selected the Which Organizations Can Charge Specific Accounts checkbox in the Basic Info screen in the Project User Flow (Projects\Maintain\Project). Selecting this checkbox is considered the "Detail" method of transaction validation, which requires the project, account, and organization to be in the PROJ_ORG_ACCT table in order to pass validation. The Which Organizations Can Charge Specific Accounts checkbox will only by available in the Basic Project Information screen if you have selected the Validate Project Charging by Organizations checkbox in the Project Settings screen (Administration\Configure\Projects).
You can also link accounts and organizations to projects in the following screens:
Basic Info (Set up Account/Org Links subtask), Proj/Acct/Orgs in the Project User Flow.
Projects that have the Which Orgs Can Charge Specific Accounts checkbox selected in the Basic Info screen must be linked to accounts and organizations before you can charge the project in any transaction screen. You must have set up all projects, accounts, and organizations before you can set up the links.
