What are Lien Waivers?

A lien waiver is a document that is signed by a vendor or a customer, acknowledging payment for services rendered and releasing the other party from any liens associated with the work performed.  They are essentially agreements that all work has been completed and paid.  The Lien Waiver process uses the information in this subtask to produce a lien waiver document.  Lien waivers are commonly used in the construction industry.
