Use this subtask to import allocation rows from Allocation Journal History. You can use this function only on valid allocation groups and pools that are manual service centers.
Use this subtask before calculating the indirect rates.
Use the fields in this group box to select the period from which you would like to import.
Use this drop-down box to select the range option for period that you want to import. The following options are available:
All - Select this option to include all available periods. The Starting and Ending fields are disabled for this option.
One - Select this option to include only one period. You must enter that value in the Starting field. The Ending field is disabled for this option.
Range - Select this option to include a contiguous range of periods. You must enter the beginning value for the range in the Starting field and the ending value of the range in the Ending field.
From Beginning - Select this option to include all the periods from the beginning of those available to a specific one in the range. You must enter the last value for the range in the Ending field. The Starting field is disabled for this option.
To End - Select this option to include all the periods from a specific one to the end of all those available. You must enter the value from which the range should begin in the Starting field. The Ending field is disabled for this option.
Starting
Enter, or use Lookup to select, a fiscal year.
You can select any fiscal year, but for open fiscal years, your selection should correspond to the one for which the pool is open.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the starting period for the range you want to include in the import process.
If you select "All" or "From Beginning" in the Range Option field, these fields will be inactive.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the starting subperiod for the range you want to include in the import process.
If you select "All" or "From Beginning" in the Range Option field, these fields will be inactive.
Ending
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the ending period for the range you want to include in the import process.
If you select "All," "One," or "To End" in the Range Option field, these fields will be inactive.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the ending subperiod for the range you want to include in the import process.
If you select "All," "One," or "To End" in the Range Option field, these fields will be inactive.
