What can I do in this screen?

Use this screen to establish information for goods that will be sold outside of the company. This screen allows you to create a subset of goods to sell to your customers. This subtask is not required. You can also access this information in the Item Billings screen (Materials\Maintain\Items).

This screen contains two tabs: Basic Information and Shipping Information.

When should I use this screen?

Use this screen whenever subsets of goods are sold to your customers and maintain it whenever you need to revise the existing subsets.

Note:  Goods used in this subtask must have previously been set up in the Basic Info screen of the Goods User Flow (Materials\Maintain\Items).

Once items are established in this screen, they are available for entry as price catalog items in the Price Catalogs Items screen (Materials\Maintain\Price Catalogs).
