Use this screen to view leave information which has been processed by the Post Leave (People\Process\Post) and Post Labor programs (People\Process\Post).
This screen displays leave dates, ceiling methods, and leave balance details. This application is useful if you need to view transaction information in the Leave History table.
The Leave History Inquiry screen serves as a permanent depository for all posted leave records.
All of the fields in this screen are non-editable.
You should view the Leave History Inquiry screen after completing the Post Leave or Post Labor processes.
Use the fields in this group box to view the employee name and accounting period information.
Use Query to select the employee whose records you want to view. The employee name displays in the adjacent, non-editable field.
This fields in this group box display accounting period information.
This field displays the fiscal year in which this leave information was posted.
This field displays the period, within the fiscal year, in which this leave information was posted.
This field displays the journal code used for posting the leave information to the general ledger.
For example, "LVA" displays in the Journal field after you execute the Post Leave process, while "LD" displays in the Journal field after you execute the Post Labor process.
This field displays the sequence number used for posting the leave information to the general ledger.
This field displays the leave type.
This field displays the leave cycle assigned to the employee at the time of this leave transaction.
This field displays the leave year for this transaction.
This field displays the start date from the Leave Periods screen to which this posting applies.
This field displays the end date from the Leave Periods screen to which this posting applies.
This field displays the ceiling method from the Leave Types screen (People\Configure\Leave) that was in effect at the time the leave was posted.
This field displays a "D" OR "H," indicating the leave tracking method of dollars or hours.
This field displays the number of regular (non-overtime) hours on the timesheets at the time of this posting.
The compute method is based on hours worked, as displayed by the "H-Regular Hours" data in the Compute Method field in the Leave Codes screen.
This field displays the number of overtime hours on the timesheets at the time of this posting.
The accrual method is based on hours worked, as displayed by the "H-Regular Hours" data in the Compute Method field in the Leave Codes screen.
This field displays the hours/dollars accrued based on this post leave transaction.
This field becomes populated after the LVA (leave accrual journal) has posted.
This field displays the lost leave hours/dollars associated with this post leave transaction.
This field gets populated after the LVA (Leave Accrual Journal) has posted.
This field displays the deferred leave hours/dollars associated with this post leave transaction.
This field becomes populated after the LVA (Leave Accrual Journal) has posted.
This field displays the used leave hours/dollars associated with this post labor transaction.
This field becomes populated after the LD (Labor Journal) has posted.
This field displays the transaction description, if applicable, from the Edit Employee Leave Accruals screen (People\Transactions\Leave) at the time you posted leave.
