Period

What can I do in this subtask?

Use this subtask to view the employee labor hours and dollars charged to the PLC during the accounting period.

The subtask header displays the employee ID, employee name, fiscal year, PLC, and PLC description.

All of the fields in this subtask are non-editable.

You must click the OK button to close this subtask.

When should I use this subtask?

You may use this subtask to view employee PLC charges incurred during the accounting period after you execute the Post Labor program; in addition, if you added records using the Employee Labor subtask of the Enter Journal Entries screen (Accounting\Transactions\Journal Entries), you must execute the Post Journal Entries program (Accounting\Process\Post) before viewing data in this screen.

Field Descriptions

Employee

This field displays the employee ID.

Employee Name

This field displays the employee name.

Fiscal Year

This field displays the fiscal year you selected in the Selection Criteria block.

PLC

This field displays the PLC.

PLC Description

This field displays the PLC description.

Table Window

Period

This field displays the accounting period in which this PLC was charged.

Amount

This field displays the dollar amounts charged to the PLC during the accounting period.

Hours

This field displays the hours charged to the PLC during the accounting period.
