Use this screen to purge employee leave information from the Leave History table.
This process deletes leave information up to and including the leave year you select; however, you cannot delete current leave year information.
The Purge Leave History process removes record information from the Leave History Inquiry screen (People\Review\Leave).
If you are satisfied with your record specifications, you must click the Action icon to execute the purge.
Use this screen to delete leave year information, excluding data related to the current year.
Use the fields in this block to specify the leave cycle and leave year associated with the employee leave history you want to purge.
This option includes one record. This field is non-editable.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, up to four alphanumeric characters to identify the leave cycle code for which you want to purge employee leave history.

Enter the leave year in the MM/DD/YYYY format for the employee leave history you want to purge.

Changes to this screen update the EMPL_LV_HIST (Employee Leave History) table.
