Use this subtask to enter the names of the data entry staff employees whose journal entries a journal entry approver is authorized to approve in preparation for posting, or reject to allow for correction.
Before you can use this subtask, you must highlight a row on the main screen to designate an approver to link to users in this subtask.
This non-editable field is populated with the ID of the approver from the main screen.
This non-editable field is populated with the name of the approver from the main screen.

Enter the user ID of each employee whose journal entries this approver is authorized to approve.
This non-editable field is populated with the name of the employee entered in the User column.
Select this check box to allow the approver to edit journal entries that this User creates, then approve the edited journal entry. Clear this check box to allow the approver to approve journal entries that this User creates, but not edit the entries prior to approval. This check box is selected by default.
