This tab displays the contracting and paying addresses that appear in line 1 of the form 1443. These addresses originate in the Government Payment Offices screen. You can select contracting and paying office address by project in the 1443 Info tab of the Project Billing Information screen (Projects\Maintain\Billing). You can edit all of the address fields in this screen.
Use this tab after you have calculated progress payment bills and before you print or post them.
Use the fields in this group box to select the contracting office address.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the address code of the contracting office.
Contractor address codes are set up in Contractor Addresses screen. You can establish contractor addresses by project in the 1443 Info tab of the Project Billing Information screen (Projects\Maintain\Billing).
Enter up to 40 alphanumeric characters for the name of the contracting officer in this field.
Enter up to 40 alphanumeric characters for the street address on these lines.
Enter the city in this field, up to 25 alphanumeric characters .
You can automatically update this field by entering the Zip Code field before the City, State, or Country fields. If the zip code has been previously used in the system, the City, State, and Country fields will automatically display using data stored in the POSTAL_CODE table. Once the City, State, and Country fields populate, you can be edit them and the new information will not affect the data stored in the POSTAL_CODE table.

This group box will be enabled only if the Included in WAWF File checkbox is selected. This group box is editable.
If this checkbox is selected, this indicates that the bill has been included in a WAWF file. Although you can edit this checkbox, you should exercise caution when doing so because it may cause the file to be included in more than one WAWF file.
If you recalculate the bill after including it in a WAWF file, the system will uncheck this checkbox.
If the bill has been included in a WAWF file, this field will display the file name.
If the bill has been included in a WAWF file, this field will display the output path used when the file was created.
If the Included in WAWF File checkbox is selected and this field is blank, you must enter the output path used when the file was created.

Changes to this screen update the PRG_PMT_EDIT_HDR (Progress Payment Edit Header) table.
