What can I do in this tab?

Use this tab to enter the representative's name and title and the officer's name and title.   This information displays in the Certification section of the 1443.

When should I use this tab?

Enter the information in this tab before you print or post the bills.

Field Descriptions

Certification

Use the fields in this group box to enter information for the Certification section of the form 1443.

Rep Name

This field displays the name of the representative entered in the 1443 Info tab of the Project Billing Information screen (Projects\Maintain\Billing).  You can edit this field as necessary.

Rep Title

This field displays the title of the representative entered in the 1443 Info tab of the Project Billing Information screen (Projects\Maintain\Billing). You can edit this field as necessary.

Officer Name

This field displays the officer name entered in the Govt Contract screen in the Project User Flow (Projects\Maintain\Project). You can edit this field as necessary.

Officer Title

Enter the officer title, up to 28 alphanumeric characters

Table Information

Changes to this tab update the PRG_PMT_EDIT_HDR (Progress Payment Edit Header) table.
