Use this subtask to capture general notes about a specific customer. The entry form is like a blank sheet of paper. Enter any data you want on the screen. For example, you could use this screen to insert dates and times of contact with the customer (or the person to whom you spoke) and notes about the conversation.
You cannot use the information entered in this screen as a selection criterion for ad hoc reports. If there is information that you would like to use to select customers, use the user-defined fields instead.

Changes in this screen update the CUST (Customer) table.
