This information originates in the A/R Settings screen. It is used when entering or posting the different transaction types shown. (You can use Lookup to see the established transaction types.)

Enter the account and organization combination that relates to each transaction type.

Field Descriptions

Table Window

Transaction Type *

Use Lookup to select a transaction type.  These types are provided by Costpoint and cannot be edited.

Account

Enter, or use Lookup to select, a valid account for the Transaction Type on this row.

Organization

Enter, or use Lookup to select, a valid organization for the Transaction Type on this row.

Project

Enter, or use Lookup to select, a valid project for the Transaction Type on this row.

Ref 1

Enter, or use Lookup to select, a valid reference number for the Transaction Type on this row.

Ref 2

Enter, or use Lookup to select, a valid reference number for the Transaction Type on this row.

* A red asterisk denotes a required field.

Table Information

Changes in this screen update the CUST_DFLT_ACCT (Customer Default Account) table.
