Use this screen to set up the credit rating codes and descriptions your company assigns to customers.
These codes and descriptions identify the credit worthiness, or credit strength, of your customers. You may want to use the same rating code that your rating service uses.
If you use credit ratings, you must enter credit rating codes and description in this screen before setting up the customer tables in the Customers screen.
You assigned the credit rating to the customer in the Credit Info tab of the Customers screen (Accounting\Maintain\Customers).

Warning: You cannot delete a code you have assigned to a customer. You cannot change a code once you have saved it. |
Enter a code that best identifies the rating description.
You may want to use the same rating codes that your rating service uses. These codes will be used in the customer table for information purposes. They also will be helpful in using report writers to select and sort information.
Enter a short description that would help in selecting the proper rating code for a customer.
* A red asterisk indicates a required field.
Changes in this screen update the AR_CR_RATING (A/R Credit Rating) table.
