In each of the drop-down boxes, select one option that will print in the columns below the check. There are six columns, but the first column is always set to print the voucher number. Therefore, your available selections are only for columns 2 through 6. The available selections for each of the five columns are: "(None)" (not available for columns 2 or 3), "Vendor ID," "Invoice Number" (not available for columns 4-6), "Invoice Date," "Invoice Amount," "Amount Paid," "Discount Taken," "Net Amount Paid," "PO Number," and "Retainage Rate."
These fields will not be available here if you selected "Preprinted Laser" or "Continuous Impact (Dot Matrix)" in the Check Type drop-down box. However, the following default values will be inserted into the columns on the check stub: column 2 will be the "Invoice Number;" column 3 the "Invoice Date;" column 4 the "Invoice Amount;" column 5 the "Discount Taken;" and column 6 the "Net Amount Paid."
