PO Voucher Totals

These non-editable fields display the Vendor, Vendor Name, Inv No, and Vchr.

This field displays the invoice amount for this voucher. This amount is displayed in the voucher's transaction currency.

This field displays the remaining amount unpaid (total voucher less checks paid) for this A/P voucher.  This amount is displayed in the voucher's transaction currency.

These fields display the transaction, pay, and functional currencies.

This field displays the invoice extension amount.

The amount of all line charges applied to this voucher line, through the Line Charges subtask in the Enter PO Vouchers screen, will display.

This amount does not include any sales or use tax applied to the charge type. Charge type examples include freight, tooling, and training. These costs will become part of the total cost of this voucher line.

This field displays the sales/VAT tax amount, if any.

This field displays the use/reverse tax amount, if any.

The sales or value added tax amount of all line charges applied to this voucher line, through the Line Charges subtask of the Enter PO Vouchers screen, will display in this field.

These costs will become part of the total cost of this voucher line.

The use or reverse tax amount of all line charges applied to this voucher line, through the Line Charges subtask of the Enter PO Vouchers screen, will display in this field and can be maintained in the Line Charges subtask.

These costs will not become part of the total cost of this voucher line.

This field displays the recovery amount.

This field displays the amount of the total before discount.

This field displays the discount amount.

This field displays the total amount.

This field displays the transaction currency to functional currency exchange rate.

This field displays the functional currency to pay currency exchange rate.
