Use this screen to view the workflow case labels and values, and the activity instructions. This screen will be displayed if you select the Instructions pushbutton and it is available from the Workflow menu in any Costpoint function.
While in the Activity and Message Inboxes screen or in a Costpoint function that has been launched by Workflow, use this screen to review case labels and values to help you determine the information required to complete the activity. Also, if instructions were entered in the Activity subtask in the Define Workflow Models screen for the activity, they will display in the Instructions group box in this screen. The instructions may provide guidance on how to complete the activity and/or note other specifics you may need to be aware of while working on an activity.
This non-editable field displays the Workflow that contains the activity for which you are viewing the case labels/values and instructions.
Case is a unique number used to identify an instance of a workflow. This is a non-editable field.

Use this drop-down box to select which option you wish to view for an activity. It is active if the activity has options; otherwise, it is inactive. If you select a specific option in the Monitor Status screen, only that option will display.
Enter a number of hours that you estimate it will take to complete the activity. The maximum number of hours is 9,999.9. For example, enter 1.5 for an expected duration of one hour and 30 minutes.
Any special notes for a particular case of the workflow are displayed in this group box.
This non-editable column displays the unique labels whose corresponding value helps identify the workflow case.
