Use this screen to print per diem rates for CONUS (continental United States), OCONUS (outside the continental United States), or OCONUS/US (Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories and Possessions, including the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the Northern Mariana Islands) locations. You can group reports by location and select the rate information you need to print on the report.
You will generally run this report when setting up rates.
Use this group box to select CONUS (continental United States), OCONUS (outside the continental United States) or OCONUS/US (Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. Territory and Possession) rates to be included in the report. If you select CONUS, the report can group per diem rates by state, city, or locality. If you select OCONUS or OCONUS/US, the report can group per diem rates by country or locality. The CONUS report will not repeatedly print the country code USA.
For this report, you can print either per diem rates or alternate maximum rates using the following options:
Select this option to print the actual per diem rate.
Select this option to print the alternate rate that is a percentage of the actual per diem rate.
You can also print only the current per diem rate (the rate with the most recent effective date) by selecting the Current Rates Only check box. This filters out old, obsolete rates. If you select the Current Rates Only check box, you can select the Include Inactive Rates check box to include inactive, but current, rates. If the Current Rates Only check box is not selected, you can select the Include Inactive Rates check box to print all per diem rates, including those that have been set inactive. Per diem rates are inactivated when they are deleted from the government JTR schedule. The defaults for this group box are set to the Per Diem Rate option with only the Current Rates Only check box selected.
The options displayed in this drop-down box depend on your selection in the Report group box. If you selected CONUS, your choices for grouping the report are: State, City, or Locality. If you selected OCONUS or OCONUS/US, your choices for grouping the report are Country or Locality. The sort order will never change on this report. The State column should be blank for the OCONUS report.
Enter the range option, or select one from the drop-down list. Range options include All, One, Range, From Beginning, and To End. The default option for this field is All.
Enter the beginning value for the range and group option you selected, or use to retrieve a valid value. If you selected All or From Beginning as a Range Option, this field will be inactive.
Enter the ending value for the range and group option you selected, or use to retrieve a valid value. If you selected All, One, or To End, this field will be inactive.
Select this check box to insert a page break on State if printing the report for CONUS locations, or on Country for OCONUS and OCONUS/US locations.
