Depending on which Item Type you selected on the main screen, use this subtask to view detailed information regarding Travel Advances, Expense Reports, or Company Paid Expenses.
These fields display the vendor ID, vendor name, and location information of the line you selected on the main screen.
These fields display the vendor ID, vendor name, and location information for the line you selected on the main screen. The Pay Vendor field will usually default to the Vendor, but in some cases, a third party will be paid and a separate pay vendor may have been entered.
This field displays the A/P voucher number as it was generated by the system or assigned by the user.
This field displays the amount of the travel advance, expense report, or invoice.

This field displays the discount amount entered for this invoice. This field is unavailable if you selected the Advance radio button in the Item Type group box on the main screen.

This field displays the travel advance, expense report, or invoice due date as it was assigned by the system, based on vendor criteria, or as assigned by the user.
This field displays how much of the travel advance, expense report, or invoice has been already paid.
This group box displays the data regarding the last change of this voucher in the system.
This field displays the ID of the last user to change the voucher before it was posted.
This field displays the system date of the last change to the voucher before it was posted.
This group box displays the fiscal year, period, and subperiod to which the advance request, expense report request, or invoice was posted.
This field displays the status of the A/P voucher that has been posted. The statuses are: "HOLD" (On Hold), "W" (Warning), "O" (Outstanding), "PAID" (Paid), "PPHOLD" (Partially Paid), and "PAYWPD" (a Pay When Paid item).
Each row represents a different line on a voucher.
This column displays the line number of the voucher item.
This column displays the account chosen for this voucher item.
This column displays the organization chosen for this voucher item.
This column displays the project, if any, chosen for this voucher item.
This column displays the cost amount of the voucher item.
This column displays the taxability of the voucher item.
This column displays the code used if the voucher item is taxable.
This column displays the amount of sales tax for this voucher item.
This column displays the amount of use tax for this voucher item.
This column displays the gross amount of the voucher item before discount.
This column displays the amount of discount that applies to the voucher.
This column displays the total voucher item less any discount.
This column displays the 1099 status of this vendor. If the checkbox is selected, a 1099 is required.
This column displays the 1099 type of this vendor.
If you have designated a label for this field, it will display as the field heading and the column may be populated with the data entered with the original advance request, expense report, or invoice.
