Use this subtask to view all the information, for the highlighted row, that was originally entered on the Enter Expense Reports screen. You can examine expense reports to see how expenses were split between orgs and projects, view trip dates, and see what expenses were for standard travel or for relocation. You cannot edit this subtask.
These fields display the vendor ID, vendor name, and location information of the line you selected on the main screen.
This field displays the expense report number as it was generated by the system or assigned by the user.
This field displays the type of record that you are viewing. For this subtask, this field will always display "Expense Report."
This field displays the A/P voucher number as it was generated by the system or assigned by the user.
This field displays the expense report due date as it was assigned by the system, based on vendor criteria, or as assigned by the user.
This field displays the date of the original expense report.
This field displays the total expense report amount.
This group box displays the data regarding the last change of this expense report in the system.
This field displays the ID of the last user to change the expense report before it was posted.
This field displays the system date of the last change to the expense report before it was posted.
This group box displays the fiscal year, period, and subperiod to which the expense report was posted.
This table will populate with information based on the selected expense report.
This column displays the line number as it appears on the voucher for the expense report.
This column displays the unique identifying number for the trip.
This column shows the Paid By code for the expense: "E" (Employee), "C" (Company Paid), and "O" (Other).
This column displays the kind of travel expense incurred. These types come from your customized table of Expense Types.
This column displays the account to which the expense report item was charged.
This column displays the organization to which the expense report item was charged.
This column displays the project, if any, to which the expense report item was charged.
This column displays the trip start date that was entered with the expense report.
This column displays the trip end date that was entered with the expense report.
This column displays the destination that was entered with the expense report.
This column displays the traveler's ID. This will usually be the vendor ID, but may differ.
This column displays the number of items that was multiplied by the amount in the Rates column.
This column displays the rate that is associated with certain types of expenses and is multiplied by the Units column.
This column displays the expense amount. If the Units and Rates columns are used, this will be the product of those two columns. If the Units and Rates columns are not used, this is the expense amount entered from the expense report. If there are multiple lines populating this table because of multiple expenses on one expense report, the total of all the amounts in this column will match the Total Amount field in the screen header.
This column displays the taxability of the travel expense items: "N" (Non-taxable), "S" (Sales tax), and "U" (Use tax).
This column displays the tax code status of the travel vendor.
This column displays the amount of sales tax based on the Taxable and Sales Tax Code columns.
This column displays the actual amount of use tax for this voucher item.
This column displays the total expense amount less any sales tax amount.
This column shows the relocation status of the expense amount: "Y" (relocation amounts) and "N" (non-relocation amounts).
This column displays the type, if the expense was for relocation.
This column displays the transportation code for tracking travel expenses. These codes are maintained in the Transportation Info screen.
This column displays the ticket or unique item number, if there was one.
This column displays the descriptive information entered by the user for this expense item.
This column displays the 1099 status of this vendor. If the checkbox is selected, a 1099 is required.
This column displays the 1099 type of this vendor.
If you have designated a label for this field, it will display as the field heading and the column may be populated with the data entered with the original expense report.

This column displays the abbreviation, if any, of the project in the Project column.
This column displays the abbreviation of the organization in the Organization column.
This column displays the abbreviation, if any, for the project and account combination.
