A Costpoint toolkit is a process that is not a regular accounting or finance function. Use a toolkit to prepare or align the data in certain tables for smoother performance in Costpoint. Run Toolkits only when instructed to do so, either by user bulletins, installation instructions, manuals, or by Costpoint General or Technical support.
The two toolkits available from this screen are Update Apply Advance and Assign Voucher Numbers. You can open either toolkit by highlighting its name and clicking the Select button.
