PRINT USER OVERRIDE RIGHTS REPORT

Use this screen to generate a report that shows user override module and function rights as defined in the Maintain User Override Rights screen. These rights, if entered, override the user group rights. The default sort is by company.

If you select the Use Web Security model for Client/Server option in the System Settings (Others » System Administration » System Settings) screen, the information you set up in this screen is not applicable. The system uses the information set up in the WEB application. A message displays:

Warning: Web security rights are being used as specified in the System Settings screen. Client Server security rights displayed in this report are not applicable.

Many users have no override rights, and therefore have no information to print on this report. Such users have only group rights, which are printed on the User Group Rights Report.

Note that a Rights Status field is included in this report only if you also have Costpoint Web enabled and if the Enforce Segregation of Duties Rules check box is selected in the Corporate Settings subtask of the System Settings screen in the Web version.

Print this report whenever you need to review the individual override rights for Costpoint users.

This report is not part of the system audit trail and need not be retained.
