Use this screen to print the Costpoint menu. The Normal radio button is the default primary sort order.
With a Normal sort, the modules and menu selections appear in the same order as on the Navigate screen. Extra page breaks, if desired, are inserted after each subsystem.
If you select the Subsystem radio button as the primary sort, the print order will be by subsystem code, module code, and normal menu sequence within each module. Extra page breaks, if desired, are inserted after each subsystem.
If you select the Module radio button as the primary sort, the print order will be by module code and then the normal menu sequence within each module. Extra page breaks, if desired, are inserted after each module.
A "..." at the end of a title on the report means that there are menu items below it.
Print this report whenever you want a hard copy of the Costpoint menu.
This report is not considered part of the system audit trail and need not be retained.
Use this group box to select the subsystems to appear on the report.
Use this drop-down box to select the range of subsystems to be included. Valid options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End." The default for this field is "All."
Use the drop-down box to select the starting subsystem for your report. If you select "All" or "From Beginning" as the Range, this field will be inactive.
Use the drop-down box to select ending subsystem for your report. If you select "All," "One," or "To End" as the Range, this field will be inactive.
Use this group box to select the modules to appear on the report.
Use this drop-down box to select the range of modules to be included. Valid options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End." The default for this field is "All."
Use the drop-down box to select the starting module for your report. If you select "All" or "From Beginning" as the Range, this field will be inactive.
Use the drop-down box to select ending module for your report. If you select "All," "One," or "To End" as the Range, this field will be inactive.
Select the List Mode checkbox to create non-contiguous selections. This will enable the Apply and Remove pushbuttons. This feature displays the selected range(s) of modules in a list format in the list box at the right. The order of the selections in the list box has no effect on the report sort order.
After you have made a selection in the Range, From, and To fields, use this pushbutton to display the range of modules that you have selected in the list box. You can apply as many modules and ranges of modules as you need. In order to use this optional pushbutton, you must select the List Mode checkbox.
Use this pushbutton to remove the previously selected and applied range(s) from the list box located at the bottom right portion of the screen. Highlight the module or range that you want to remove and select the Remove pushbutton. In order to use this optional pushbutton, you must select the List Mode checkbox. You can remove as many modules and ranges of modules as you need.
These radio buttons indicate the menu level to show. Each level includes the level(s) above it. For example, if you selected the Top Menu Level radio button, the report will include the subsystem level, module level, and the top menu level.
Select this radio button to show the subsystem and module levels in the report.
Select this radio button to show the subsystem, module, and top menu levels in the report.
Select this radio button to show all levels in the report, i.e., the subsystems, modules, top menu levels, and functions. This radio button is selected by default.
Use this group box to determine the primary sort and page break settings.
Select this radio button to sort the report in the order of the Navigate screen.
Select this radio button to sort the report in subsystem code order followed by module order code.
Select this radio button to sort the report in module code order.
Select this checkbox to insert page breaks between each subsystem (or module, if sorting by module).
