PRINT USER GROUP RIGHTS REPORT

Use this screen to generate a report that contains user group module and function rights information by company.

If you select the Use Web Security model for Client/Server option in the System Settings (Others » System Administration » System Settings) screen, the information you set up in this screen is not applicable. The system uses the information set up in the WEB application. A message displays:

Warning: Web security rights are being used as specified in the System Settings screen. Client Server user groups displayed in this report are not applicable.

The default sort is by company. When the sort is by company, the print order is by company, then by module code, and then by user group ID. If desired, the page break is by company.

When the sort is by group, the print order is by user group ID and module code. If desired, the page break is by group.

When the sort is by module, the print order is by module code and user group ID. If desired, the page break is by module.

Note that a Rights Status field is included in this report only if you also have Costpoint Web enabled and if the Enforce Segregation of Duties Rules check box is selected in the Corporate Settings subtask of the System Settings screen in the Web version.

Please note that this function uses dynamic temporary tables. For more information on dynamic temporary tables, refer to Special Topic SA-4, Application Locking/Dynamic Tables.

Print this report whenever you need to review the user group rights for your Costpoint user groups.
