Use this screen to generate a report that contains the effective module and function rights for a user. These rights are a combination of the group rights and the user override rights for each user. The default sort for this report is by company.
If you click the Company button in the Primary Sort group box, the print order is by Company ID, User ID, and then module code. If desired, the page break is by company.
If you click the User button in the Primary Sort group box, the print order is by User ID and then module code. If desired, the page break is by user.
If you click the Group button, the print order is by user group ID, user ID, and then module code. If desired, the page break is by user group.
If you click the Module button, the print order is by module code and then user ID. If desired, the page break is by module.
Please note that this function uses dynamic temporary tables. For more information on dynamic temporary tables, refer to Special Topic SA-4, Application Locking/Dynamic Tables.
Print this report whenever you need to review the effective user rights for Costpoint users.
This report is not part of the system audit trail and need not be retained.
Use this group box to select the companies to appear on the report.
Use this drop-down list to select the range of companies to be included. Valid options are All, One, Range, From Beginning, and To End. The default for this field is All.
Use the drop-down list to select the starting company for your report. If you select All or From Beginning as the Range, this field is inactive.
Use the drop-down list to select the ending company for your report. If you select All, One, or To End as the Range, this field is inactive.
Use this group box to select the users to appear on the report.

Use this group box to set the primary sort and page break settings.
Select this option to sort the report by company ID. This is the default.
Select this option to sort the report by user ID.
Select this option to sort the report by user group ID.
Select this option to sort the report by module code.
Select this check box if the report should contain page breaks between each company, user, or module.
Use this group box to select the modules to appear on the report.
Use this drop-down list to select the range of companies to be included. Valid options are All, One, Range, From Beginning, and To End. The default for this field is All.

Select the List Mode check box to create non-contiguous selections. This enables the Apply and Remove buttons. This feature displays the selected range(s) of modules in a list format in the list box at the right. The order of the selections in the list box has no effect on the report sort order.
After you make a selection in the Range, From, and To fields, click this button to display the range of modules you selected in the list box. You can apply as many modules and ranges of modules as you need. In order to use this optional button, the List Mode check box must be selected.
Click this button to remove the previously selected and applied range(s) from the list box located at the bottom right portion of the screen. Highlight the module or range that you want to remove and click the Remove button. In order to use this optional button, the List Mode check box must be selected. You can remove as many modules and ranges of modules as you need.
Use the check boxes in this group to indicate what detail should be included in the report.
Select this check box to include modules for which the user has full effective rights (for example, read and update rights to all functions in the module.)
Select this check box to include modules for which the user has read-only effective rights (for example, read rights to all functions in the module, but not update rights.)
Select this check box to include modules for which the user has partial effective rights (for example, individual rights set for each function in the module.)
Select this check box to include modules for which the user has optimistic partial rights (for example, full rights for the entire module, except for those function rights specified in the Select Functions subtask.)
Select this check box to include modules for which the user effectively has no rights (for example, cannot read or update in any of the functions in the module.)
