Use this screen to print or purge the Costpoint Process/Report Log. This log contains a history of processes and reports that have been executed in Costpoint.
The Process/Report Log report includes information related to each process including process, process description, parameters ID, parameters description, start time, completion time, and status information messages from the function being executed. This screen will also purge the process/report log from the database using the criteria that you select.
Run the purge process routinely to clear unwanted process/report logs.
Retain this report to keep track of the process/report log history. You can print this report as often as necessary.
Use this group box to select the process/report for the report or purge.
Use this drop-down box to select the range. Range options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End." The default for this field is "All." If you have a large number of process/report logs, you may not want to use the default.
Enter the beginning process/report ID in this field or use Lookup to select one. If you select "All" or "From Beginning" in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.
Enter the ending process/report ID in this field or use Lookup to select one. If you select "All," "One," or "To End" in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.
Use this group box to select the start dates for the report or purge.
Select the range from this drop-down box. Range options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End." The default for this field is "All." If you have stored the process/report log history without periodically purging, you may not want to select "All" when printing the process/report log history report.
Enter the beginning start date in this field. If you select "All" or "From Beginning" in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.
Enter the ending start date in this field. If you select "All," "One," or "To End" in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.
Use this group box to select the users who have submitted processes or reports.
Select the range from this drop-down box. Range options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End." The default for this field is "All." If you have a large number of submitting users, you may not want to use the default.
Enter the beginning submitting user in this field or use Lookup to select one. If you select "All" or "From Beginning" in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.
Enter the ending submitting user in this field or use Lookup to select one. If you select "All," "One," or "To End" in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.
Use this group box to select the completion dates for the report or purge.
Select the range from the drop-down box. Range options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End." The default for this field is "All." If you have a large number of process/report logs, you may want to change the default, or enter a number in the Days prior to current date field, to purge the process/report log history.
Enter the beginning completion date in this field. If you select "All" or "From Beginning" in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.
Enter the ending completion date in this field. If you select "All," "One," or "To End" in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.
Enter a number of days prior to the current date. All process/report logs that fall within that period will be printed or purged. If you select any range option other than "All" in the Select Completion Dates group box, this field will be inactive.
