Use this subtask to specify the lead-time and capacity usage information for the routing step. This subtask will be disabled if the Step Type is "C" (Cost Only) for the selected line in the main screen.
You can set up this subtask when you create the routing step, and maintain it whenever modifications to lead-time and capacity usage information are necessary.

This non-editable field displays the part's revision number.
This non-editable field displays the company ID assigned to the routing record. This field is hidden if you selected the Separate Items by Company checkbox in the Product Definition Corporate Settings subtask of Costpoint Product Definition Settings screen.
This non-editable field displays the routing number of this routing step.
This non-editable field displays the routing's description.
This non-editable field displays the operating sequence number.
This non-editable field displays the alternate sequence number.
This non-editable field displays the step number.
This non-editable field displays the operation code. The non-editable field to the right displays the operation description.
This non-editable field displays the work center ID.
Use the fields in this left column to specify time parameters for moving, setting up, and queuing a manufacturing order for a particular work center and to specify the number of hours it takes to complete one unit for this routing step. The cumulative hours for each category displays in each field to the right.
If the Run Type field for the selected line is "F" (Fixed), this field will display Fixed Run Hours. If the Run Type field for the selected line is "V" (Variable), this field will display Variable Run Hours. The field on the left displays the number of hours it takes to complete one unit for this routing step, and can be edited in the Unit Run Hours column in the main screen. The cumulative unit run hours display to the right for routing lines whose Alternate Operation is "0," the Run Type is "V" (Variable), and the Step Type is "S" (Standard).
Enter the time in hours required to set up a new manufacturing order at the work center for this routing step. The field on the left may already display the setup hours from the Work Center Detail subtask of the Maintain Work Centers screen, but you can override the default with another value. The cumulative setup run hours display to the right for routing lines whose Alternate Operation is "0" and Step Type is "S" (Standard).
Enter the time in hours required to move a manufacturing order to the work center for this routing step. The field on the left may already display the move hours from the Work Center Detail subtask of the Maintain Work Centers screen, but you can override the default with another value. The cumulative move hours display to the right for routing lines whose Alternate Operation is "0" and Step Type is "S" (Standard).
Enter the time in hours a manufacturing order must wait at the work center for this routing step. The field on the left may already display the queue hours from the Work Center Detail subtask of the Maintain Work Centers screen, but you can override the default with another value. The cumulative move hours display to the right for routing lines whose Alternate Operation is "0" and Step Type is "S" (Standard).
This field displays the sum of the Setup Hours, Move Hours, and Queue Hours fields for routing lines with a "V" (Variable) run type. If the Run Type is "F" (Fixed), the Unit Run Hours will be added. The cumulative fixed leadtime hours are based on the Run Type, and displays to the right for routing lines whose Alternate Operation is "0" and Step Type is "S" (Standard).
Use this group box to specify the type of operation overlap and the number of units or hours a new operation can overlap a previous one.
Use this drop-down box to select the type of overlap for starting this operation before the previous operation finishes. Options are "N - None," "S - Setup," "U - Units," and "H - Hours." If you select "N - None," there can be no overlap between the previous operation and the new one. If you select "S - Setup," the setup/configuration for the next operation can begin while the previous operation is still running. If you select "U - Units" or "H - Hours," you will need to enter the amount of overlap in hours or units in the Quantity field.
Enter the amount in hours or units by which the start of this operation can overlap the previous one. If you selected "N - None" or "S - Setup" in the Type field, this field will be disabled and set to zero.
Use this group box to specify the key resource consumed by this routing step.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the ID of the key resource consumed by this routing step. You can establish key resources in the Key Resources screen. The name of the key resource displays beneath this field.
This non-editable field displays the unit of measure set up for the key resource.
Enter the number of key resource units consumed by each unit processed in this routing step.
Enter the number of key resource units consumed by the setup of this routing step.
