This non-editable field displays the equipment's expected life in terms of the unit of measure displayed in the Expected Life U/M field.

This field displays number of hours required to perform the maintenance on this piece of equipment. This information is taken from the Maintenance Types screen, but can be changed.
Enter the date this maintenance was last performed.
Enter the number of units (i.e., operation hours) expended when this maintenance was last performed.
Enter any additional notes about maintenance on this piece of equipment.
Enter the date of the next required maintenance on this piece of equipment. A date may already be displayed; the system calculates the next maintenance due date by adding the number of days in the Frequency (Days) field to the date in the Last Performed Date field.
Enter when, in terms of operational units, this next required maintenance is due on this piece of equipment. A unit amount may already be displayed; the system calculates the frequency of maintenance, based on units, by adding Last Performed Units to the Frequency (Units).
