Use this screen to print a summary report of the total W-2 information as it appears in the Edit W-2s screen. The report displays the total amounts for each box of the W-2 form by company and payroll year, which can be accessed in the Edit W-2s screen.
After you enter the taxable entity and payroll year for which you would like to view W-2 information, select the Preview W-2 Summary Report button on the toolbar to view the report on screen, or select the Print W-2 Summary Report button on the toolbar to print the report. The first page of the report will show the date, time, taxable entity, and payroll year. The second page and all other remaining pages will show the total amount for each box on the W-2 forms for the selected taxable entity and payroll year.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the taxable entity ID for which you are printing the summary W-2 information. The taxable entity description will display in the non-editable field to the right.
Enter the payroll year for which you are printing the summary W-2 information.
Select this checkbox to include all voided W-2s for the selected taxable entity and payroll year on the report. If this checkbox is not selected, W-2s that were voided for the taxable entity and payroll year will not appear on the report.
