Use this application to access the audit trail that is maintained for details related to employee bond information for related payroll records. This application will display the record additions, deletions and updates made to the Employee Bond Table screen in Costpoint Employee.
Use this group box to select the parameters pertaining to the records you want to review. You can query records based on the types of transactions, the employee whose record was changed, the system user who made the modifications, and/or the date of any modifications. Once you have indicated your query parameters, use the Execute button on the toolbar to populate the table window with the applicable records.
Use the options in this group box to specify which type of transactions you would like to display in the table window. When you execute the query, the Trans Type field in the table window will display each applicable record's transaction type.
Select this checkbox to retrieve records that were added in the Employee Bond Table application. When you execute the query, the table window will populate with "A" transaction types, or new records and new lines.

Use the fields in this group box to specify which employee records (from the Employee Bond Table) or user ID (who modified the record) you would like to query.

Enter, or use Lookup to select, the ID of the user (i.e., Costpoint login ID/system user) who is responsible for the modifications you are querying. This is an optional field. Otherwise, you can populate this field to narrow down the query by retrieving only records that this user added, deleted, and/or updated.
Enter the date of the transaction modifications to include in the displayed output. This is an optional field.
