Use this subtask to view text associated with the text code that exists.

Seq

This field displays the sequence number of the line text code from the Requisition Line Text Codes subtask.

Text Code

These fields display the text code and description from the Requisition Line Text Codes subtask.

Document Print Option

This field displays the document print option assigned to the selected text codes. The display-only values are:

• "B" - Both. Text will be printed on both internal and external documents.

• "I" - Internal. Text will print on internal reports only (including requisitions and purchase orders).

• "E" - External. Text will print on external documents only (including purchase orders).

Text Box

This text box displays the text assigned to this text code.
