These fields display the requisition ID, number of revisions, and date on which the requisition was created.
These fields display the requisition status, approval process, and reapproval reason.
This field displays the latest revision number for a requisition with a status of "P" (Pending), "R" (Rejected), or "A" (Approved).
This field displays the approval sequence number for an approval title.
This field displays the approval title that gave a requisition its "A" (Approval) or "R" (Rejection), or the approval title where a requisition currently resides as "P" (Pending).
This field displays the approval code for the requisition: "A" (Approved), "P" (Pending), or "R" (Rejected).
This field displays the rejection reason an approver references to explain a requisition with an Apprvl Code of "R" (Rejected).
This field displays the date on which an "A" (Approved) or "R" (Rejected) Apprvl Code was applied to a requisition.
This field displays the name of the employee who gave a requisition its "A" (Approved) or "R" (Rejected) status.
These fields display the employee's phone number and extension.
This field displays the approval type, which is linked to the approval title, of "S" (Signature), "E" (Electronic), or "B" (Both). "S" means the requisition requires an actual signature on the hard copy of the requisition to be approved. "E" means that the requisition will require an approval to occur within the system - no title will print on the hard copy of the requisition. "B" means that the requisition requires a signature on the hard copy as well as electronic approval via the approval process within the system.
This field displays the ID of the user who approved the requisition at the header level (i.e., in the Approve Purchase Requisitions screen).
