Use this subtask to view billing information for items to be sold outside of the company.

Item

This field displays the item ID of the selected item. A description of the item will display in the field below.

Rev

This field displays the revision.

U/M

This field displays the unit of measure associated with the item.

Active

This field displays active status, "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No).

Type

This field displays the item type: part, good, or service.

Prod Class

This field displays the product class associated with this item.

Prod Type

This field displays the product type associated with this item.

Make/Buy

This field displays whether the item is "M" (Make) or "B" (Buy).

Commodity

This field displays the commodity code associated with this item.

Buyer

This field displays the buyer ID for this item.

Planner

This field displays the planner for this item.

Model Number

This field displays the model number assigned to this item.

National Stock Number

This field displays the national stock number for this item.

Selling U/M

This field displays the selling unit of measure for this item.

Selling Description

This field displays the selling description of this item.

This column displays the catalog code in which the item appears.

Catalog Description

This column displays the description of the catalog code.

Internal Warranty

This column displays the internal warranty code defined in the Set Up Warranty Info screen in Costpoint Product Definition. The internal warranty is the warranty offered by your company as the reseller or manufacturer of an item.

Internal Warranty Description

This column displays the description of the internal warranty code.

External Warranty

This column displays the external warranty code defined in the Set Up Warranty Info screen in Costpoint Product Definition. The external warranty is the warranty offered by the original manufacturer of the item.

External Warranty Description

This column displays the description of the external warranty code.
