REQUISITION TOTALS

Use this non-editable subtask to view the total estimated extended cost amount, total estimated line charges, total estimated sales tax/VAT amount, and total estimated cost amount for the requisition. If the transaction and functional currencies are different for this requisition, the amount fields in this subtask will display in both the transaction and functional currencies.

Select the Currency Line pushbutton in the main screen to view estimated amounts for each requisition line. se this subtask to view total amounts for all requisition lines after establishing requisition information in the main screen and other subtasks.

Requisition, Revision

These fields display the requisition ID and revision, if applicable, from the main screen.

Date

This field displays the date on which this requisition was created.

Status

This field displays the status of the requisition from the main screen.

Requisitioner

This field displays the requisitioner ID from the main screen.  The requisitioner's name displays in the field to the right.

Buyer

This field displays the buyer ID from the main screen.  The buyer's name displays in the field to the right.

Exchange Rates

This group box displays in this subtask if the transaction and functional currencies are different for this requisition in the Exchange Rates subtask. If the transaction and functional currencies are the same, this group box (and the Transaction to Functional field) will be hidden.

Transaction to Functional

This field displays the exchange rate for transaction to functional currency in the Exchange Rates subtask. This figure, when multiplied by the transaction currency amount, will result in the functional currency amount.

Requisition Totals

This group box displays the total amounts for the requisition. 

Note: If the transaction and functional currencies are different for the requisition, the fields in this group box will display total amount values in two separate columns (i.e., transactional and functional currencies, respectively).  Otherwise, if the transaction and functional currencies are the same, all amounts in this group box will display in one column (i.e., transaction currency).

Currency

These fields display the transaction and functional currency codes for this requisition. These fields will be hidden if the transaction and functional currencies are the same.

Total Est Ext Cost Amt

This field displays the total estimated extended cost amount for the requisition. The value in this field is the sum of all requisition lines' Est Ext Amount fields in the main screen.

Total Est Line Charges

This field displays the total estimated line charges for the requisition. The value in this field is the sum of all requisition lines' Est Line Charges fields in the main screen.

Total Est Sales Tax/VAT Amt

This field displays the total estimated sales tax/VAT for the requisition. The value in this field is the sum of all requisition lines' Est Sales Tax/VAT Amount fields in the main screen.

Total Est Cost Amt

This field displays the total estimated cost amount for the requisition. The value in this field is the sum of the Total Est Ext Cost Amt, Total Est Line Charges, and Total Est Sales Tax/VAT Amt fields, or all requisition lines' Total Est Amt fields in the main screen. The Total Est Cost Amt will display in the Total Req Amount field in transaction currency in the main screen.
