Use this subtask to view this requisition's line charge to single or multiple project/account/ organization combinations for one or more lines. If you selected the Req Charge Number Changes Allowed checkbox (in the Requisition Approval Titles screen) for this approval title, you can use this subtask to change account information.
Use this subtask any time to view account information for a requisition line, and maintain it when changes are needed to the requisition line account allocation.
These fields default from the main screen; maintain them in the Enter Requisitions screen.
This field displays the transaction currency code that is specified for the requisition in the Exchange Rates subtask. All amounts on this screen will be in terms of this currency.
This field defaults from the requisition line and can be modified in the Enter Requisitions screen or Requisition Processing by Line screen only if the line is not pending approval. It represents the Requisitioned Quantity multiplied by the Est Unit Cost for this line item.
This field defaults from Est Line Charges in the requisition line and can be modified in the Enter Requisitions screen or Requisition Processing by Line screen if the line is not pending approval. It represents any additional miscellaneous charges against this line item.
This field defaults from Est Sales Tax/VAT Amt in the requisition line and can be modified in the Enter Requisitions screen or Requisition Processing by Line screen only if the line is not pending approval. It represents the applicable sales tax/value added tax against this item.
This field defaults from Total Est Cost Amt in the requisition line can be modified in the Enter Requisitions screen or Requisition Processing by Line screen only if the line is not pending approval. It represents the total charge for this line item, including additional charges and sales tax.
This field defaults from the requisition line and can be modified in the Enter Requisitions screen or Requisition Processing by Line screen only if the line is not pending approval. It represents the requisition line total amount that has not been allocated to an account in the table below.

This field displays the organization of the requisitioner.
This column displays the account ID assigned in the Header/Defaults subtask of the Enter Requisitions screen and can be changed if you selected the Req Charge Number Changes Allowed checkbox for the approval title in the Requisition Approval Titles screen. To change this account ID, enter, or use Lookup to select, the account ID that should receive charges for this line item. Add accounts in the Accounts menu in Costpoint General Ledger.

To change this organization ID, enter, or use Lookup to select, the organization ID that should receive charges for this line item. Lookup displays organizations entered in the Organizations menu in Costpoint General Ledger.

To change this project ID, enter, or use Lookup to select, the project ID that should receive charges for this line item. Lookup displays projects entered in Costpoint Project Setup.
This column displays the project name for the project ID selected.
This column displays the percentage amount of this line item to be charged to the selected project/account/organization. The default value for the first line is 100%, and can be changed if you selected the Req Charge Number Changes Allowed checkbox for the approval title in the Requisition Approval Titles screen.
This column displays the amount of this line item to be charged to the selected project/account/organization. If you did not enter an Allocation percentage, you can specify the dollar amount of this line item to be charged to the selected project/account/organization if you selected the Req Charge Number Changes Allowed checkbox for the approval title in the Requisition Approval Titles screen.
