APPROVAL PROCESS

Use this subtask to view information that is used to determine when the requisition becomes approved. You can access this subtask only if approvals are done at the line level.  You can view it only after the approval process has been assigned to the selected line. If applicable, you must establish Requisition Approval Title settings and Requisition Approval Processes in order to track requisition approvals.

Requisition

This field displays the requisition ID from the main screen.

Rev

This field displays the revision number, if applicable, assigned to the requisition.

Line, Line Rev

This field displays the requisition line number and revision.

Misc Type

The miscellaneous type code, if applicable, is displayed in this field.

Item, Rev

This field displays the item ID and its corresponding revision number entered in the requisition line.

Requisitioner

The name of the requisitioner is displayed in this field.

Approval Process

This field displays a description of the approval process entered in the requisition line.

Reapproval Reason

A description of the reason for reapproval is displayed in this field.

Table Window

Rev No

The approval revision number is displayed in this field.

Seq

This field displays the sequence number assigned to the approval title for the approval process. This number will determine the preferred order of personnel in the approval process.

Approval Title

This field displays the approval title code assigned to the approval process.

Apprvl Code

This field displays the approval code that has been assigned during the approval process. The system-defined codes are "P" (Pending), "A" (Approved), and "R" (Rejected).

Employee

The employee ID assigned to the approval title action is displayed in this field.

Employee Name

This field displays the name of the selected employee.

User

This field displays the user ID of the person who performed an approval or rejection.

Action Date

This field displays the system-assigned action date on which the approval status was assigned or changed.

Phone

This field displays the phone number of the selected employee.

Ext

The phone extension of the selected employee is displayed in this field.

Rejection Reason

If the Apprvl Code is "R," a rejection reason code will display in this field.

Rejection Description

The description of the rejection reason is displayed in this column.

Approval Type

The approval type assigned to the approval title is displayed in this field.

Project Validation

This field displays the Validate Against Project Work Force checkbox value for the approval title. This checkbox is in the Requisition Approval Titles screen. If you have selected the checkbox, "Y" (Yes) will display in this column; if you did not select the checkbox, "N" (No) will display.

QC Approval

This field displays the QC Changes Allowed checkbox value for the approval title. This checkbox is in the Requisition Approval Titles screen. If you have selected the checkbox, "Y" (Yes) will display in this column; if you did not select the checkbox, "N" (No) will display.

Approval Notes

This field displays notes on the approval or rejection of a requisition line.
