Use this non-editable subtask to view the subcontractor PO line detail. This subtask is enabled only for subcontract PO types, and disabled for standard POs and Blanket PO Releases. You can modify the fields in this screen only in the Enter POs screen or Update Subcontract PO Status screen.
These fields default from either the main screen or the Enter POs screen.
This field displays the current order amount of the subcontract PO line after all changes. The value in this field was originally entered as the Ext Cost Amount for the PO line in the Enter POs screen. However, this field displays the most recently updated amount if any additional change order lines were entered. This value defaults from the main screen table window.
This field displays the actual work completed (i.e., cumulative from inception to date) in this field for a PO line. The Completed Work Amount is calculated as Percent Complete * Subcontract Line Order Amount for the PO line.
This field displays the proportion of the completed work amount that will be withheld from payment when an accounts payable voucher is created, in order to cover miscellaneous vendor-responsible expenses. The Completed Work Retention Pct rate is calculated as Completed Work Retention Amt / Completed Work Amount.
This field displays the value of the materials (cumulative from inception to date) that have been supplied to a site for use on a subcontract PO line item job. This amount is also included during payment voucher calculations.
This field displays the proportion of the stored materials amount that will be withheld from payment when an accounts payable voucher is created (in order to take care of unforeseen miscellaneous vendor-responsible expenses). The Stored Materials Retention Pct is calculated as Stored Materials Retention Amt / Stored Materials Amount.

This field displays the reference 1 value assigned in the Account Distribution subtask in the Enter POs screen. The header title for this field defaults from the Reference 1 field in the Data Entry Headings group box in the G/L Settings screen in Costpoint General Ledger.
