PRINT PROCESS REPORT

Print this report to review the processes in your system and the Costpoint functions and parameters IDs that have been included in them.

This report shows information related to the process including Process, Process Description, Process Group, Creator, Creation Date, Modification Date, and Comments. It lists the Costpoint modules and functions and the order in which they will be executed. The report also shows the parameters ID and description associated with a particular Costpoint function.

You can print this report for, and sort it by, a selection of processes or process groups.

Note: Temporary processes (processes created when you select the Submit to Queue option in the Options menu in a Costpoint function) are not included in the Print Process Report because temporary processes are deleted after execution.

You cannot print a process unless you have defined it in the Maintain Processes screen.
