PRINT ETC HOURS REPORT

Use this screen to print out ETC hours information for a selected range of projects. Before you can run reports, you must first create the report table information, using the Create ETC Report Tables process (Projects » Budgeting and ETC » Estimate to Complete Reporting & Inquiry).

Select Grouping

Select By

The only grouping option currently available for this report is Project.

Range Option

Select the range of projects to include on the report. Valid options are:

From

Enter, or use to select, the starting value for the range you want to include. If you select All or From Beginning in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.

To

Enter, or use to select, the ending value for the range you want to include. If you select All, One, or To End in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.

Include Inactive Projects

Select this check box to include all active and inactive projects on the report. If this checkbox is cleared, inactive projects will not be included.

Select Labor Category

Select the appropriate option to indicate which type of labor category should be printed on the report.

Project Labor Category

Select this option to print the report for PLC hours.

General Labor Category

Select this option to print the report for GLC hours.

Include

Use this group box to select the project level you would like to print.

Project Level __ and Below

Enter the highest project level you want printed on the report.
