PRINT ALLOCATION JOURNAL EDIT REPORT

Use this screen to print current period or YTD information for a pool or range of pools from the Maintain Allocation Journal screen.

Print this report for service centers after entering units/amounts, and for both pools and service centers after running the Compute & Print Pool Rates screen (Projects » Cost and Revenue Processing » Cost Pool Processing & Reporting). You must print any information required from the Allocation Journal before posting it, since the Journal is cleared after posting is complete.

Select Pool

Use the fields in this group box to limit the pools displayed on the report.

Range Option

Use this drop-down list to select the pool number range to include on this report. Valid options are:

From

Enter, or use to select, the starting pool number for the range you want to include in the report. If you select All or From Beginning in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.

To

Enter, or use to select, the ending pool number for the range you want to include in the report. If you select All, One, or To End in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.

Page Break

Select this check box to insert a page break between pools.

Select Subperiods

Use this group box to select the period information of the pools you would like to print.

Range Option

Use this drop-down list to select the subperiod range to include on this report. Valid options are:

Starting Fiscal Year

Use this drop-down list to select a fiscal year. You can select any fiscal year, but your selection should correspond to fiscal years in the Allocation Journal. This is a required field.

Starting Period

Use this drop-down list to select an accounting period. If you selected Range in the Range Option field, this will be the starting period of the range. You can select any period, but your selection should correspond to the periods contained in the Allocation Journal. This is a required field.

Starting Subperiod

If you selected a Range of subperiods, use the drop-down list to select the starting subperiod number in the range.

Ending Period

Use this drop-down list to select an accounting period. If you selected a Range of periods, this will be the ending period of the range. You can select any period, but your selection should correspond to the periods contained in the Allocation Journal. This is a required field.

Ending Subperiod

If you selected a Range of subperiods, use the drop-down list to select the ending subperiod number in the range.

Include

Select options in this group box to specify how you want the report printed.

Current Period Amounts

Select this option to print the report with current units, allocation amounts, and posting amounts for the current selected period only.

Year To Date Amounts

Select this option to print the report with YTD units, allocation amounts, and posting amounts for the current selected period only.
