Use this screen to print the NASA 533 reports. You can print reports for a range of projects and at different levels. This allows you to summarize a project branch by rolling it up to a higher level. Use rounding options to present the data in various formats.
You can print the NASA 533 reports only after you have completed the Create NASA 533s screen. Only projects that have been created in the Create NASA 533s screen will be available for printing.
Use the fields in this group box to select the projects for which you want to print NASA 533 reports. Only projects that have been created in the Create NASA 533s screen will be available for printing.
Use this drop-down list to select the range of projects you want to print. Valid options are:

One
Range
From Beginning
To End
The default for this field is All.
The value entered in this field depends on the range that you selected in the Range Option field. If you have selected the All option, this field is inactive. If you have selected One, enter the project in this field. If you have selected the Range option, enter the starting project in this field. If you have selected the From Beginning option, this field is inactive. If you have selected the To End option, enter that project in this field.
Use to select values from the appropriate table.

Enter a value to control which level will print. For example, if you enter level one, only a level one report will be printed. All lower level tasks will be rolled up into the level one report. If you enter level two, reports will print for levels one and two. For the level one report, all amounts at level one and below will be included on the report. The level two report will contain all amounts incurred at level two and below. If you enter level three, reports will print for levels one, two, and three. If you want to run multiple levels at the same time, you must use a range for printing that includes all the levels that you want to be included in the report.
Use the drop-down list to select the fiscal year for the selected projects.
Use the drop-down list to select the fiscal period for the selected projects. The report will include project information through this period.
Select this check box to override the default reporting periods that are specified in the Map Fiscal Years for Reporting and Map Accounting Periods for Reporting screens so you can print reports by contract year rather than by fiscal year. To use this option, you must specify the start of the current contract year in the Project Info screen.
Select the desired rounding option. These options are available for both the monthly and quarterly reports.
If you select this option, no rounding will occur.
If you select this option, hours will be rounded to the nearest hour, and amounts will be rounded to the nearest whole currency unit (dollar, Euro, etc.).
If you select this option, hours will be rounded to the nearest hundred, and amounts will be rounded to the nearest thousand.
Use the selections in this group box to print the NASA 533M report.
Select this check box to print a NASA 533M report. Selecting this check box makes the Quarterly Options group box unavailable.
Enter the as of date that you want to appear in the heading of the report. This date is not used for any calculations.
Enter the number of operating days in the month being reported. This number is not used for any calculations. It is printed in the header of the report.
Use the options in this group box to print the NASA 533Q report.
Select this check box to print a NASA 533Q report. Selecting this check box makes the Monthly Options group box unavailable.
Enter the beginning date that you want to appear in the heading of the report. This date is not used for any calculations.
Enter the number of operating days in the quarter being reported. It is printed in the header of the report. This number is not used for any calculations.
