This non-editable field displays a project number for the project. The project name displays in the field to the right.
This non-editable field displays either a target or actual rate type.
This non-editable field displays the pool number.
This non-editable field displays the current rate associated with the pool. This information is taken from the Pool Rates subtask of the Cost Pools screen (Projects » Cost and Revenue Processing » Cost Pool Setup). Rates for hours-based pools display as real numbers (for example, "1.5000" for $1.50), and rates for cost-based pools display as percentages.
This non-editable field displays the Year-to-Date (YTD) rate associated with the pool. This information is taken from the Pool Rates subtask of the Cost Pools screen (Projects » Cost and Revenue Processing » Cost Pool Setup). Rates for hours-based pools display as real numbers (for example, "1.5000" for $1.50), and rates for cost-based pools display as percentages.
The table window displays detailed pool burden amounts by account/organization for the line selected in the Project Status subtask. This information is displayed for the subperiod, period, and year-to-date, for all account/orgs for the project/pool line selected from the previous screen, using the fiscal year, period, and subperiod selected on the main screen.
