ORG COST DETAIL

Use this non-editable subtask to view cost detail for a given organization. This subtask is identical to the Project Cost Detail subtask accessed from the main screen with the only difference being that each cost element (description) is further detailed for each organization row selected in the Org Detail screen.

 

This subtask displays data updated by the Revise ETC screen (Projects » Budgeting and ETC » Estimate to Complete).

Project

This field displays the project ID from the main screen. The field to the right displays the project description.

Organization

This field displays the organization from the main screen. The field to the right displays the organization description.

Project Manager

This field displays the name of the project manager from the main screen.

Owning Org

This field displays the owning organization from the main screen.

Contract Value

This field displays the contract value from the Modifications screen (Projects » Project Setup » Controls).

FY

This field displays the fiscal year for which information was updated will be displayed

Period

This field displays the period for which information was updated will be displayed

Subpd

This field displays the subperiod for which information was updated will be displayed.

Date Updated

Incurred

The date on which the Update Incurred Cost for ETC screen (Projects » Budgeting and ETC » Estimate to Complete) was last executed is displayed.

Prev. Est

The date on which the Revise ETC screen (Projects » Budgeting and ETC » Estimate to Complete) was last executed is displayed.

Rate Type

The rate type, actual or target, which was used in the Update Incurred Cost for ETC screen (Projects » Budgeting and ETC » Estimate to Complete) is displayed.

Table Window

Description

This non-editable field displays the account or pool description.

Total Costs Incurred

This field displays the total cost-incurred amount for the selected project.

Estimate To Complete

This field displays the total estimate-to-complete amount for the selected project.

LREAC

This field displays the total LREAC amount for the selected project.

Base Budget

This field displays the base budget amount for the selected project.

Variance

This field displays the variance amount, which is calculated by subtracting the LREAC from the Base Budget for the selected project.

Percent Complete

This field displays the percentage in which the project has been completed.

Commitment

This field displays the commitments for the project.

Percent Complete With Commitment

This field displays the percent complete calculated with commitments.
